There are times in our lives where we just know we need to take better care of ourselves. Of course this should be all of the time but it's not the case.

If you are anything like me it will be in spits and spirts, which is not necessarily a good thing but then again it is better than doing nothing at all.

So, what is the answer to always keeping healthy and fit?

Eating the right foods at regular intervals, never missing breakfast is a good start, and doing regular exercise, even if it is just a walk.

I don't know the answer but that's where I would start.

There is all sorts available and changing all of the time, articles about weight loss, abs, detox, exercise, stretch marks, stress, etc.
